The IEA CCC organises various workshops. The Clean Coal Technologies conference is held every two years. There are annual workshops on mercury emissions from coal; and cofiring biomass with coal. There are new series on High efficiency low emission coal-fired plant; and coal quality. In the past there have been workshops on upgrading and efficiency improvements in coal-fired power plants; and underground coal gasification.
