Paul Baruya’s focus is on global coal markets and trade, power generation trends and modelling. His most recent reports include studies on major coal importing countries and power prospects in Africa and Asia as well as looking at various aspects of the coal supply chain. Previous reports have looked at the cost of producing coal worldwide and examining the global coal and gas competition. Paul has been a regular contributor to the IEA World Energy Outlook regarding coal matters, and continues to have a role as a peer reviewer. [email protected]
